“Udhampur District Police, in collaboration with the Assistant Drug Controller team, have seized Ms. Krish Medical Store in Chopra Shop, Udhampur, for violating the Drug Cosmetics Act. The seizure resulted from the shop’s failure to maintain accurate sales and purchase records for Scheduled H1 Drugs. The store is owned by Mahinder Mahajan, a resident of Chabutra Bazar, Udhampur. The police have also issued a strong warning to all other medical establishments in the district, emphasizing the necessity of strict adherence to regulations regarding the sale of controlled substances and complete legal compliance in all transactions.”
