To bolster safety, security, and proper regulation on the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi (SMVD) track, Reasi District Police apprehended an unauthorized individual acting as a pony porter near Ban Ganga Bridge, close to Geeta Mandir, during routine patrols.
Around 9:00 PM, patrolling officers stopped a person working as a Pithu (porter) and requested their license or authorization. The individual identified himself as Mohd Rafiq, son of Noor Jamal, resident of Danga Kote, Reasi District.
