The Meteorological (MeT) Department here on Friday forecast widespread rain and snow in Jammu and Kashmir during the next four days, advising farmers and travelers to exercise caution.
Sonam Lotus, Director of MeT Department, said in a statement on Friday that the weather would be mainly clear in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday and become cloudy towards the evening.
There is a possibility of rain or snow over the higher reaches towards the night at scattered places in Jammu and Kashmir.
