A migrant labourer was killed by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday. The police have launched an investigation and are confident of nabbing the culprits. The Director General of Police, Dilbag Singh, said that the neighbouring country is responsible for this attack and that they will not spare those who are involved.
