In Ladakh, Leh town dipped to -8.7 degrees Celsius overnight, while Kargil was even chillier at -12.2 degrees Celsius.
Jammu city fared better with a low of 7.8 degrees Celsius, but Katra, Batote, Bhaderwah, and Banihal all experienced sub-zero temperatures, ranging from -0.3 degrees Celsius to -0.8 degrees Celsius.
