Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation on Thursday suspended Assistant Secretary Council and attached him with Joint Commissioner Works.
“Pending enquiry into his conduct, Mr. Hilal Ahmad Shah I/C Assistant Secretary Council/Assistant Secretary Personnel, is hereby suspended and attached to the office of Joint Commissioner Works, with immediate effect,” reads the order, a copy of which lies with news agency Kashmir Scroll.
“Mr. Abdul Rashid Thakur, I/C Stores Officer, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, shall hold the additional charge of I/C Assistant Secretary Personnel, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” reads the order.
