Amarnath Yatra: LG Manoj Sinha Ascertains Progress Of Infrastructure Works

Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today inspected ongoing preparations for the annual Amarnath Yatra along the Baltal route. He reviewed the progress of construction at the Disaster Management and Yatri Niwas Complex, part of the Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board facilities in Ganderbal district.

Sinha urged officials to ensure timely completion of all infrastructure projects aimed at improving pilgrim amenities. The 38-day pilgrimage is set to commence on July 3, operating from both the Baltal and Pahalgam routes. Additionally, the Lieutenant Governor met with members of the task force and Border Roads Organisation staff at Domail, commending their efforts in maintaining the yatra track.
