Anantnag, Punjab: A tragic accident occurred in the Damtal area of Punjab on Tuesday night, claiming the life of one brother and critically injuring another.
The incident took place around 10 PM when a speeding vehicle struck two brothers, Sharafat Ahmad Khan and Rifakat Ahmad Khan, residents of Brariangan Shangus, Anantnag. Both were rushed to a nearby hospital, where Sharafat succumbed to his injuries. Rifakat remains hospitalized in critical condition.
Local police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the matter.
