A health worker, Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, 42, a nursing orderly from Watapora, was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Friday in Bandipora, North Kashmir.
According to his relatives, Bhat was on duty at Mannipora when he reportedly collapsed near the health center while returning from Friday prayers. He was transported to DH Bandipora, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
The cause of death has not yet been determined. Officials stated that Bhat’s body would be released to his family after medico-legal formalities are completed.
