Tragic accident on Marmat-Khellani road in Doda district today claimed the life of one person and injured another.
A vehicle traveling from Mangota Marmat towards Doda skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge.
Emergency services responded swiftly, with police securing the scene and initiating a rescue operation. The injured individual was transported to GMC Doda for medical attention.
The deceased has been identified as Irshad Hussain, son of Abdul Rasheed from Mangota. His brother, Yasir Hussain, is being treated for injuries sustained in the accident.
