Delhi’s air quality deteriorated slightly on Thursday morning, slipping into the ‘very poor’ category. At 9 AM, the Air Quality Index (AQI) stood at 313, a marginal increase from Wednesday’s reading of 301. A thick layer of haze continued to shroud the city.
While no monitoring station recorded ‘severe’ air quality, the overall AQI remained alarming. The minimum temperature was recorded at 10.2 degrees Celsius, slightly below normal. The weather forecast predicts a clear sky with a maximum temperature of around 26 degrees Celsius.
