On June 27, 2025, a patrolling team from Udhampur Police Station, led by its SHO, apprehended Sheikh Imran, son of Sheikh Mohammad Yunus, a resident of Near TCP Domail, Udhampur. During a routine checking, officers found 10.52 grams of a heroin-like substance in his possession. He was immediately arrested at the scene.
A case has been registered against him under FIR No. 230/2025, Sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act, at Udhampur Police Station.
