Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary today presided over a review meeting to evaluate the functioning of various departments in Sunderbani. The meeting primarily focused on addressing public grievances related to different departments and ensuring prompt and effective solutions to the concerns of local residents.
Choudhary instructed the concerned officers to prioritize resolving public grievances and ensure timely action. A detailed review of the ongoing progress of various government schemes was also conducted. The Deputy Chief Minister emphasized the need to raise awareness about these schemes among the public and directed the District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO) and Assistant Labour Commissioner (ALC) to organize special camps in Nowshera and Sunderbani to educate the public and ensure widespread participation.
The meeting was attended by ADC Nowshera Babu Ram Tandan, ADC Sunderbani Rajeev Magotra, SE PWD(R&B) Devi Dayal, ACD Vijay Kumar, DSWO Abdul Raheem, DMO Mohd Sayeed, ALC Pradyot Gupta, and other senior officers.
Following the meeting, the Deputy Chief Minister also attended a significant event at the Guru Ravi Dass Ji temple in Dheri, underscoring his ongoing commitment to community welfare and spiritual engagement.
