The epicenter of the earthquake was located at 33.33°N 74.2°E, at a depth of 10 kilometers. There are no immediate reports of any damage.
The earthquake was felt in several parts of Rajouri district, including Rajouri town, Kotranka, Thanamandi, and Sunderbani. Some people reported feeling a shaking sensation for a few seconds.
