The Department of Youth Services & Sports zone Gandhi Nagar conducted Inter-School Zonal Level Competitions/Selection Trials in the sports discipline of Athletics Meet under AAG of Boys at the University of Jammu. The event was chaired by District Youth Services & Sports Officer Jammu, Sh. Sukhdev Raj Sharma, and supervised by Zonal Physical Education Officer Gandhi Nagar Sh. Ram Murti.
Speaking on the occasion, ZPEO Gandhi Nagar Sh. Ram Murti encouraged the students to participate in sports to stay physically and mentally fit. He also highlighted the importance of sports in developing team spirit, cooperation, and coordination.
Around 210 boys from various institutions in zone Gandhi Nagar participated in the trials. The event was a great success, thanks to the efforts of the deputed field staff and ministerial staff of zone Gandhi Nagar.
