A heartbreaking accident occurred in the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir this morning. A vehicle carrying eight passengers met with an unfortunate incident near Challan Thandikassi.
According to officials, the accident resulted in the death of two individuals and injuries to six others.
Dr. Iqbal, Block Medical Officer (BMO) of Nowshera, confirmed that two people were declared dead upon arrival at the Sub-district hospital in Nowshera. The deceased have been identified as Mohd Din (65), son of Fakeer Mohd, and Arun Kumar (32), son of Hemraj, who was also the driver of the vehicle.
The six injured individuals have been transferred to GMC Rajouri for further treatment. They are Mohd Aslam (40), his wife Shahida (40), their sons Atif Aslam (10) and Raza (5), their daughter Asiya Sadeeqa, and Zareena (36), wife of Mohd Akram.
