Seven homes were destroyed in a devastating midnight fire in Sayed Pora, Chamalwas, Banihal, Ramban district. The blaze, which caused significant property damage, completely consumed the residences of seven Below Poverty Line families: Mohammad Yousaf Shah, Altaf Ahmed Shah, Gulzar Ahmed Shah, Mushtaq Ahmed Shah, Shabir Ahmed Shah, Jamat Ali Shah, and Ghulam Nabi Shah. Banihal Police, fire services, and NGO volunteers, along with local residents, battled the fire and prevented further spread.
