Jammu and Kashmir Police Seize Properties of Alleged Terror Financiers in Baramulla

In a crackdown on terror financing, Jammu and Kashmir Police seized land belonging to two Pakistan-based terror handlers in Baramulla district.

The one-kanal and eleven-marla properties, valued at lakhs of rupees, were linked to Mohd Arif Badal and Mohd Bashir. A court order authorized the seizure, which targeted assets identified during a police investigation.

This action, citing sections of the Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC) and Explosive Substances Act (ESMA), is connected to multiple cases registered at Uri police station. These cases involve charges related to terrorism and violence.
