Jammu Division registered 2nd consecutive win in the ongoing U-19 Inter Division Cricket Tournament 2024, by defeating Kashmir Division by 15 runs today on 17/10/2024 here at BHSS ground Bijbehara. Earlier, while batting first Jammu Division set the target of 145 runs, in which Ashotosh scored 37, Arman Sharma scored 34 & Aryan Dassi scored 23 runs as highest. From Kashmir Division Sualib Tariq clinched 3 wickets, Shahid Saleem, Faisal Ayoub & Faizan Khurshid took 2 wickets each.
In reply Kashmir Division failed to chase and lost the match by 16 runs. Thus Jammu Division took the 2-0 lead in the tournament. From Kashmir Division Side Rahil Mushtaq scored 24, Shahid Saleem scored 17 & Salman Khan scored 17 runs as highest. From Jammu Division side Waseem Zulfikar clinched 4 wicket haul, Takshdeep, Jatin ,Sujal & Arman took 1 wicket each. Waseem Zulfikar was adjudged as man of the match.
