Jammu Police on Sunday arrested four people in connection with the blind murder of Sunny Saansiya in Bishnah on September 14.
Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu, Chandan Kohli said that police teams led by SP Headquarters Jammu, Ramnish Gupta, were constituted to investigate the case. After collecting technical evidence and human intelligence, the police picked up various suspects.
During interrogation, one of the suspects, Sukhdev Singh alias Makhan, admitted to committing the crime. He also disclosed the involvement of others who had provided logistical support and concealed the vehicles, sharp-edged weapons, and a pistol used in the offence.
The police recovered the stolen vehicle and arrested three other accused: Dushyant Kumar of Palli, Sarpanch Yuvraj Singh of Kallana, Arnia, Jammu, and Nasir Khan of Badhar Khan, Bishnah, Jammu.
The police are also investigating the involvement of two other people who are still at large.
