A tragic road accident on the Sinthan-Kokernag route claimed the lives of eight people, including a policeman and five children, on [Date]. The incident occurred near Arashan Daksum, according to Sub-District Magistrate (SDM) Kokernag, Suneel Ahmad Lone.
The victims were traveling in a vehicle from Madwa Kishtwar when the accident happened. Postmortem examinations are being conducted at SDH Kokernag.
