The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has issued a forecast predicting dry weather conditions across Jammu and Kashmir until December 21. However, the region is expected to experience a cold wave over the next four days.
According to the weather forecast,
- December 13 & 14: Generally dry weather.
- December 15: Cloudy weather conditions.
- December 16 & 17: Dry weather.
- December 18-21: Generally cloudy with mainly dry weather.
The Met Centre has advised tourists, travelers, and transporters to exercise caution due to potential sub-freezing temperatures, icy road conditions, and the possibility of fresh snowfall in higher reaches and on important passes.
