An anti-terrorist operation in the forests of Sopore, Jammu and Kashmir, entered its second day on Monday. Security forces continued cordon and search operations in the Zaloora Gujjarpati area of Sopore police district.
The operation was initiated on Sunday after security forces encountered fire while uncovering a suspected militant hideout. A tight cordon was established, and searches were intensified on Monday morning.
No casualties have been reported so far.
