The Jammu and Kashmir Police reviewed security measures in Kishtwar district in preparation for Independence Day.
The meeting, chaired by SSP Khalil Poswal, discussed potential security challenges and the formulation of a robust security plan. Officials reviewed measures such as strategic deployment of personnel, crowd management, traffic control, and emergency response protocols.
SSP Poswal said that the police are committed to working with multiple agencies to mitigate any security risks. He also stressed the importance of maintaining close coordination with intelligence agencies.
