A tragic accident on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban district resulted in one fatality and eleven injuries.
Late Wednesday night, a tempo traveller carrying tourists from Kerala collided with an oncoming truck in the Shabanbass area of Banihal. The vehicle, carrying a total of 16 passengers, was travelling from Jammu to Srinagar.
Officials reported that one passenger died at the scene, while the remaining eleven sustained minor injuries and received hospital treatment.
