Police in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district arrested a drug smuggler with over 300 intoxicating capsules on Friday.
Officers found the smuggler, Saqib Shabir, acting suspiciously during a routine patrol and searched him. They found 13 strips of Proxyband Spas capsules, each containing 24 capsules, for a total of 312 capsules.
Police registered a case against Shabir and launched an investigation.
