Kulgam Police Nab Two Pickpockets, Recover Stolen Goods

Kulgam Police in Jammu and Kashmir arrested two people for pickpocketing. The police recovered stolen cash of Rs 50,000 and a motorcycle used in the crimes.

Following complaints of pickpocketing, Kulgam Police Station registered a case and launched an investigation. They increased patrols and surveillance, leading them to identify suspects. During questioning, Firdous Ahmad Sheikh and Rouf Ahmad Mir confessed to their involvement.

The police seized the stolen cash and motorcycle (JK18-5061) used in the crimes. The investigation revealed the suspects offered lifts to pedestrians and stole from them during the rides. More arrests and recoveries are expected as the investigation continues.
