The National Conference and the Congress have agreed to share the chief executive councillor post in the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council-Kargil in rotation. The National Conference will be the first to hold the post for two and a half years, followed by the Congress.
The two parties will also discuss a pre-poll alliance for other elections in Jammu and Kashmir.
