Jammu’s Deputy Commissioner has suspended two officials, Abhay Manhas (Girdawar, DC Office Jammu) and Fateh Ali (Patwari Halqa Bain Bajalta), for allegedly making unauthorized alterations to a finalized payment record.
According to an official order from the DC Office, the two were suspended for inserting remarks into an acquittance roll without following proper procedure, conducting an inquiry, or receiving official directives. These actions reportedly affected the outcome of the payment record.
