“On Saturday morning, a 19-year-old male, Shafqat Ali, was discovered deceased, hanging from an oak tree branch in Ponda Naka, Kotranka, Rajouri. Ali, son of Mohammad Din, was found during the night. Local police responded to the scene, recovered the body, and have initiated medico-legal procedures to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.”
