A rusted 82-mm mortar shell was discovered by the Border Security Force (BSF) on Sunday near the International Border in Samba district, Jammu and Kashmir. The BSF patrol found the shell near Border Outpost Kamour in Ramgarh sub-sector around 9.45 am. The area was promptly secured, and experts are currently neutralizing the explosive device.
