“On Sunday evening, security forces conducting a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in Sangla village, Poonch district, recovered a significant cache of arms, ammunition, and explosives. The operation, initiated based on intelligence within the Surankote police station jurisdiction, yielded the following: three AK-series rifles, 23 magazines, 922 rounds of ammunition, two stun grenades, three meters of wire, 19 detonators, a timer mechanism watch, a battery pack and connectors, four improvised explosive devices (IEDs), a cylinder, five grenades, approximately 200 grams of white powder, 30 9mm rounds, a safety fuse, a pistol rod and cover, clothing, shoes, and miscellaneous materials.”
