Multiple passengers sustained injuries on Friday when a bus overturned near Jhajjar Kotli on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, on the outskirts of Jammu city.
According to police, the bus was en route from Udhampur to Jammu when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn. The incident prompted a swift response from local residents and police personnel, who immediately launched a rescue operation.
All injured passengers were promptly shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities have registered a case in connection with the accident, and an investigation is currently underway to determine the exact cause.
