An Indian army patrol detained a 45-year-old woman from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) near the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district on Sunday night. Officials suspect she may have crossed the border unintentionally.
The woman is mute, and authorities found an ID card indicating she lives in Sakhi Nath village, Kotli district of PoK. They are working to determine how she ended up on the Indian side of the LoC.
