Woman Who Crossed LoC Unintentionally Repatriated in Poonch

A woman from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoJK) was safely returned home after crossing the Line of Control (LoC) into India by mistake.

The 45-year-old woman, Naseem Fatima from Sakhi Nath village, was found by Indian troops in Rajouri district two days before being handed back. Officials believe she crossed unintentionally.

Indian forces worked with their Pakistani counterparts to facilitate Fatima’s return through the Chakan-da-Bagh border crossing. The handover involved civil authorities from both sides.
