Jammu and Kashmir Police arrest two alleged inter-state narcotic smugglers in Samba, seize heroin
Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested two alleged inter-state narcotic smugglers in the Samba district on Tuesday and recovered heroin from them, officials said. The two men, Israr Talib and Kannav Magotra alias Kannu, were arrested during a routine check in the Samba area.
Police said that the two men were allegedly involved in the illicit smuggling of heroin from Samba to Jammu and Rajouri districts. A case has been registered against them under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
