The Directorate of School Education Jammu has announced the closure of all government and private schools in the Jammu, Rajouri, Poonch, and Samba districts on May 14, 2025. In contrast, schools in the Udhampur district and within the Bani, Basholi, Mahanpur, Bhaddu, Malhar, and Billawar zones of Kathua district will operate as usual.
