In a significant development, the Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) wing of the Jammu and Kashmir Police is currently conducting extensive searches across the Kashmir Valley as part of an ongoing terror case investigation. Officials report that these operations are underway at 10 different locations spread across four districts: six in Ganderbal, two in Budgam, and one each in Pulwama and Srinagar. The primary objective of these searches is to dismantle terrorist sleeper cells and recruitment modules, with recent reports indicating a connection to Jaish-e-Mohammed commander Abdullah Ghazi and cross-border efforts to revive terrorism in the region.
While security forces remain vigilant to ensure peace and stability, Jammu and Kashmir continues to welcome visitors, offering a wealth of natural beauty, spiritual sites, and cultural experiences.
