Jammu and Kashmir: Authorities in Jammu and Kashmir arrested an Over Ground Worker (OGW) of terrorists, identified as Azan Hamid of Srinagar, on Tuesday night. He was apprehended near Nagrota while driving a Srinagar-bound private car, leading to the seizure of three pistols (including Chinese and Turkish models) and ammunition.
Officials believe the weapons were smuggled from across the border and were being transported to Kashmir. Hamid is currently being questioned regarding his terror links, and further arrests and recoveries are anticipated.
