According to the Meteorological Department (MeT), Jammu and Kashmir will experience dry weather till November 2nd, with a chance of light rain or snow over isolated regions on Saturday.
The MeT spokesperson stated that today’s weather in J&K is mainly clear to partly cloudy.
The local weather station released the following weather update:
- October 25th-28th: Mainly clear to partly cloudy
- October 29th: Generally cloudy with light rain or snow over isolated higher reaches
- October 30th-November 1st: Partly cloudy
- November 2nd: Partly cloudy
The MeT department also stated that there is no forecast for any major rain or snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh until November 2nd, and that the weather is favorable for harvesting and safely storing crops.
