The Meteorological Department has predicted scattered to fairly widespread light rain or snow in Kashmir by the end of the month.
For December 1 to 5, the forecast is for partly cloudy weather. Despite the cloud cover, some areas in Kashmir have seen a slight improvement in minimum temperatures.
In the next 24 hours, the weather is expected to remain generally cloudy and dry. Shallow to moderate fog is likely to persist until November 28 in various places in the Kashmir division.
