Alert Border Security Force (BSF) troops apprehended a China-made quadcopter drone near Maboke village in Ferozepur, Punjab on Friday night. The drone was intercepted after its movement was spotted around 10:10 pm.
A subsequent search operation conducted on Saturday led to the discovery of the drone along with a hold and release mechanism, indicating its potential use for nefarious purposes. This timely action by the BSF successfully thwarted any illicit activity the drone might have been intended for.
