Two people were seriously injured when a truck they were travelling in rolled down a gorge in the Kharbu area of Drass on Saturday.
Police Station Drass SHO James Kunsal confirmed the incident, stating that both the driver and the assistant (conductor) sustained injuries.
Rescue teams were able to pull out the injured individuals, who are currently undergoing treatment at the district hospital in Kargil.
