At Bakshi Stadium, Divisional Commissioner VK Bidhuri and Inspector General of Police (Kashmir Range) VK Birdi oversaw the grand rehearsal, setting the tone for a spectacular celebration. In each district, the respective deputy commissioners led the preparations, ensuring seamless execution across the Valley.
