Chief of Army Staff General Manoj Pande visited forward areas along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Kashmir valley on Monday to assess the operational preparedness and security situation.
He was briefed by on-ground commanders about the operational readiness and the current security condition on the LoC. The COAS appreciated the effective control and operational preparedness along the LoC.
