Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, the Northern Army Commander, met with Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Brig B.D. Mishra (Retd.) in Leh on Thursday to discuss the Union Territory’s security situation. This was General Sharma’s first meeting with the LG since assuming command of the Northern Command on May 1. He was accompanied by Lieutenant General Hitesh Bhalla, GOC 14 Corps, and other Northern Command officials, as confirmed by the LG’s office on X.
