Rajouri Police Solve Theft Case, Retrieve Seven Motorcycles

Rajouri Police have successfully cracked a theft case and recovered seven stolen motorcycles. The accused, two individuals identified as Syed Ibrar Hussain, son of Sabar Hussain Shain, and Mohd Saleem, son of Mohd Yousif, have been arrested.

The investigation began when Syed Ibrar Hussain filed a complaint with the police, reporting that his motorcycle bearing registration number JK11E 6764 had been stolen from Kheora, near a mosque.

A police team led by SHO Aejaz Wani promptly registered a case (FIR No. 528/2023 U/Ss 379 IPC) and initiated an investigation.

Through meticulous investigation, the police apprehended a juvenile suspect, whose name is withheld due to legal reasons. During interrogation, the juvenile confessed to the crime and revealed the involvement of his accomplice, Mohd Saleem.

Subsequently, both the accused were arrested. Upon their disclosure, the police recovered seven motorcycles, including the one stolen from Kheora.

The police are continuing their investigation and expect to make further recoveries. This successful operation demonstrates the Rajouri Police’s commitment to upholding law and order and bringing criminals to justice.
