On Friday, Sakina Masood Itoo, the Minister for Higher Education, Health, and Social Welfare, inaugurated the construction of a new degree college in Chadoora, Budgam. The project, estimated at ₹1.2 crore, is expected to significantly enhance higher education infrastructure and provide improved academic opportunities for students in Chadoora and nearby regions.
