On Friday, the State Investigation Agency (SIA) conducted a raid in Poonch district’s Sailan area of Jammu and Kashmir. The target of the raid was the home of Zameer Sheikh, located in the police line belt.
Sources indicate that the operation is part of an ongoing narco-terrorism funding case. The SIA is currently investigating suspected financial ties between terrorist organizations and individuals or groups within the region. Authorities searched Sheikh’s residence for evidence, and seized materials are being analyzed as part of the continuing investigation.
