The Srinagar-Jammu National Highway has partially reopened for light motor vehicles (LMVs) this morning after improved weather conditions. Both directions are open to passenger vehicles, with heavy motor vehicles (HMVs) expected to follow shortly. Officials urge drivers to maintain lane discipline. Other major roads, including the SSG, Bhaderwah-Chamba, Mughal, and Sinthan roads, remain closed. The highway was initially closed due to rain and snowfall in the Ramban-Banihal-Qazigund areas. SSP Traffic Ramban has confirmed the reopening.
